Weavers

Wasn't it just last week that Katelyn was cutting off her first warp????  Well.....just look at her now!  She wound a warp for placemats, and today it got wound on the loom.  You can see some of the colors that will become the weft for her placemats beside the loom.

Lou Ann is working on the "runner" portion of her first warp....that means she'll be cutting off soon!  Wonder what she will do next????

Pearl's warp is ready to start weaving....she's checking the treadling with Marie.

Sharon sat down with Alyce to thread her newest warp.  (Don't you just LOVE Sharon's hat!)  This is one of the painted warps.

The Ladies were hard at work this afternoon.  Ms. Ila swears that the loom fairy has been messing with her loom....the warp seems to be getting wider as she threads!

Frieda cut off her newest Inkle band, which means she'll be planning a new band soon!
Anna was working on her pin loom....I wonder if she's making her wee Christmas trees for the Foothills sale?

Liz is threading her loom for two men's scarves.  This a one of the painted warps in shades of brown.  We'll have to wait to see what pattern she's threading and what weft she will use.

Patty and Ray were very focused on their looms.  Sometimes just sitting and weaving is the best thing of all!

Time to fill another bobbin!  I think Marilyn is enjoying her newest project on the Pup!

Remember the towel challenge?  It was time to tag and inventory all those lovely towels:  just in time for the Foothills Fall Sale!
Anna, Linda and I tagged each towel while Carol priced and listed them on the master inventory list.  They are ready to go next week!

Next week we will be packing up the displays and our lovely woven items.
  STAY TUNED!!!!

Happy Weaving!
LouAnn
