New Students and Old Projects

I got some pictures of weavers and their work to show you today. Roxy, our newest weaving student is weaving on her own Dorothy loom, and it is the cloth and pattern that the was already on the loom. Whe she brought it in we were puzzling over how to get the fabric with the threading that was on the loom. Roxy remembered that there was a piece of paper on the loom that she had left at home! We were thrilled when her husband sent her a picture of the treadling! Kathy another student has cut off her latest project on her loom.
Rhonda, another one of our newish students has been loom hopping today. She finshed a warp on one loom that was Christmas fabric for Bowl Cozies. She then went straight to a second loom that was already in progress for the very same project.
Phyliss is continuing work on her accidently new adaptation of "Ellen's Pattern". Linda took of the last 4 towels on her loom.
Time for Show and Tell! Jenny was the only one with something to show us and tell us about. She finished this project last week I believe and she brought in all of the shawls to show us. These shawls are all from the same warp, amazing isn't it what a difference the weft makes!
That is it for today! Until next week, this is Tina, for all
