Yes.....shorts and short sleeves!!!  It was one of those days that make it difficult to stay inside.  The Tuesday Weavers took this opportunity to just enjoy lunch and the wonderful company of friends.

Since this is November, we are all aware that this lovely 82 degree day will soon be a memory.....so we'll enjoy it all we can!

 Inside, work continues.

Shirley has started threading the scarf warp.  She chose a four shaft birdseye pattern for the dyed bamboo.

Marie is still weaving on the shawl pattern (when she isn't being asked questions!)

We still have some items that are missing their bar code, and they have to be found on the inventory.  Never a dull moment!

I think Liz has gotten into the rhythm of weaving the chenille scarves.  Someone is going to LOVE the softness!

Oh, yes!!!   You can see the pattern now!  Betsy has finished the color band and she's back to weaving the body of the towel.

Patty has already started on the second placemat today!  The roll of wider mats were serged by Carol, and Patty will take them home to hem and wash.

Now we're rolling!  Mary has already finished the first placemat and she's weaving the hem right now.  Then, it's on to the second one!

Pat just keeps on keeping on!  There are already several rugs on the cloth beam, and she keeps on weaving!

You could just see them in Pat's picture:  Lou Ann is winding a placemat warp in light blue to put on one of the Pups.

Yes....we caught Carol getting to weave today!  I think she's wanting to empty the loom for the next project!  Wonder what she has in mind??????

  Take care, my fiber friends.

Keep those masks handy, and keep your distance!!!!

Happy Weaving!

LouAnn
