And We are Back to Normal!
It was a full house once again at the Weaving Dept of the Appalachian Arts Craft Center. There was so much going on that I had better get right to it! There are 2 commision projects that are being worked on. I am working on a set of 3 table runners and Laura is working on a project that consists of 6 placemats and a table runner!
Marilyn is sleying the reed on her project, it is almost the full width of her loom! Joycelyn is choosing the weft for her project, one of the pretty multi thread wrap/twisty/block shawl thingies we have been working one recently.
Susan is making progress on "Ellen's Pattern" and JP is also working on "Ellen's Pattern" placemats. It is almost time for JP to cut off the placemats that he has woven and re-tension his warp. That is one of the quirks of this spaced and crammed warp, the tension can get uneven and need to be tightened.
Rhonda finished the last of the Christmas fabric for bowl cozies, and Jenny is busy threading her project.
Just before lunch we had a special visitor who had to come by so that we could take our annual Christmas Photo!
There was no Show and Tell today, so that is all I have today! Until next week this is Tina, for all!
