Skeleton Crew

Several weavers took advantage of a field trip today, so there was only the skeleton crew at the Center today.

Alice is busy threading her loom today.

Kris is weaving steadily, Carol is keeping a look out for anyone needing help.

Karin is taking advantage of the quietness of the room by working on the library, and Marilyn has a commitee helping her add some heddles to her loom, and Rhonda is weaving fabric for more Christmas bowl cozies.

We didn't have any show and tell today but I do have 2 special orders that need to get done. One special order is a scaled down version of our Ellen's pattern for placemats and a runner. The other one is a set of runners for Christmas, this year! I have the first loom threaded and tied on, Laura will be weaving that one. The second project has been wound onto the back beam and threaded through the heddles. Wish me luck as I will be weaving that project and I won't be able to come in extra this week, maybe next week I can come in an extra day.
